The four things every visit includes
- A price before we pick up a tool. Sweeps and inspections have posted prices — $249 for a sweep with a 21-point inspection; inspections are free. Repairs are quoted flat, in writing, after we photograph the problem.
- Photos of what we found. Inside the flue and on the roof, before and after. The report you get is built from those photos, not from a sales script.
- A straight answer about urgency. A cracked crown in October is worth fixing before the snow; some things can wait until spring. We'll tell you which is which.
- Licensed and insured technicians. You'll have your technician's name before they arrive.
When something can't wait
Smoke backing into the house, a chimney fire you've already put out, or a smell of gas near the fireplace go to the front of the schedule — often the same day across Lake, Porter and LaPorte counties. If you smell gas, get everyone outside and call your gas utility first.
If a repair turns up during a sweep
We stop, photograph it and show you. You get a separate flat quote and decide — nothing is added to your bill without your approval, and there's no pressure to decide on the spot.
Your review, after the job
Once your visit is done we'll send a link. An honest review — good or critical — tells your neighbors in the Region what to expect.
